The person behind EXECUTIO

Transformation looks remarkably tidy on PowerPoint.

Reality has other ideas.

Strategies change. Structures disappear. Decisions arrive late. People want answers before you have them. And through all of it, customers still expect you to deliver.

That is the part of transformation I find interesting.

The common thread

Not a function.
A way of working.

Turning complexity into progress.

I have spent more than two decades working at the intersection of transformation, commercial performance and communication — across Europe, Asia and North America, and across industries including security technology and automotive.

The common thread has never been a function or job title. It has been creating direction, connecting people and strategy, and making sure transformation moves from intention to execution.

I work best where the path is not perfectly clear yet: when ownership changes, structures move, priorities compete, leaders need to make decisions before every answer exists and people still expect context.

That is also why EXECUTIO exists. Not to add another framework to the shelf. To help make the thing happen.

From inside the transformation

I do not advise change from a safe distance.

Most recently, I helped lead four global businesses and 4,300+ people across 90+ locations in 50+ countries on the journey from a global corporate environment toward independent businesses under private-equity ownership.

That touched strategy, go-to-market, sales excellence, corporate communications, customer focus, leadership alignment and the operating reality of building independent businesses.

Earlier roles took me through global sales, international communications, digital transformation, customer engagement and technology marketing. I have worked on digitalizing customer journeys and commercial processes, CRM and adoption — the part of transformation where technology has to become useful in the real organization.

That is also how I look at AI transformation. AI is not ultimately an IT project. The technology may be new; the challenge of turning it into something people can actually use, adopt and execute is not. It sits at the intersection of technology, business, operating models, communication and people — exactly where I have spent my career working.

Different titles. Same instinct: connect the dots, get close to the work and move.

Speaking & moderation

Unscripted, by choice.

I do not particularly like scripts. Not on stage. Not in executive conversations. And, frankly, not in transformation.

Unscripted does not mean unprepared.

It means prepared enough to let the real conversation happen.

I prepare deeply. I understand the subject, the people in the room and where the conversation needs to go. Then I listen.

Because that is when someone says something unexpected. That is when the follow-up question becomes more interesting than the planned one. That is when people stop performing and start talking.

As a moderator, I get past rehearsed answers, challenge when the conversation needs it, connect dots, change direction when something more interesting emerges and bring the audience into the room.

That is usually where the magic happens.

Beyond the org chart

The job title has never been the whole story.

I have lived and worked across different countries and cultures, led international teams and transformations, stood on corporate stages, moderated executives and spent plenty of time behind microphones.

Those experiences taught me something simple: the org chart rarely tells you who actually makes things happen.

I value directness, curiosity, energy and people who are willing to get into the work. I am comfortable challenging a room, changing my mind when the facts change and saying “we do not know yet” when that is the honest answer.

Speaking first. Moderating second. Never just hosting.

I speak about transformation, communication, execution and what really happens when strategy meets reality.

When I moderate, the objective is not a perfectly scripted hour. It is a conversation people remember.

Why EXECUTIO

Strategy without execution is just intent.

EXECUTIO is the company expression of how I have always worked: understand what matters, create direction, connect the right people and move.
